Plans for a new Louis Vuitton flagship in Beverly Hills, designed by Frank Gehry and Peter Marino at 45,000 square feet, will now move forward towards a 2029 completion. CoStar is reporting on the prospects for a construction start in late 2026 on Rodeo Drive. The two-building scheme, which will have its interiors designed by Marino, includes a pair of eateries and an exhibition space dedicated to the LVMH brand. According to the model photographed above, the project repeats aspects seen in Gehry’s design for the Fondation Louis Vuitton in Paris from 2014. The pair had collaborated previously on Louis Vuitton’s flagship in Seoul in 2019.
