BRAINERD — Brainerd’s scoring woes continued Saturday, Sept. 30.
For the third time in their last four games, the Warriors failed to crack the net and the Duluth East Greyhounds ran away with a 2-0 non-conference victory at Adamson Field.
After putting up eight goals against Sauk Rapids, the Warriors have only scored one goal and have been shut out three times.
Brainerd did manage seven shots on goal with Lindsay Hunt creating two of those opportunities.
Chloe Patrick finished with five saves as Duluth East, winners of six straight, attempted seven shots on goal, too.
