Headphone Zone X Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 Brings Premium IEMs to India

Headphone Zone has partnered once again with Tangzu to launch the Headphone Zone X Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 In-Ear Monitors (IEMs) in India. This follows the success of last year’s first-generation Wan’er S.G., which became one of the most popular IEMs in the country.

The Wan’er S.G 2 is designed for India’s growing audiophile community, blending Tangzu’s sound engineering with Headphone Zone’s local expertise. It comes in two variants, one with a 3.5mm connector for pairing with Hi-Res DACs and another with Type-C for smartphones. Both retain the sound signature of the original while introducing design and hardware upgrades.

Visually, the IEMs pay tribute to India’s royal heritage with a deep blue finish accented by gold inlays on the faceplates. A new black cable complements the design and includes an inline microphone with remote for calls. The earphones are lightweight and ergonomically redesigned for all-day comfort, with multiple sets of ear tips included for a secure fit and effective sound isolation.

Inside, the IEMs feature upgraded 10mm dynamic drivers with a PET diaphragm and refined structure for improved control and reduced distortion. They deliver natural audio with better instrument separation and vocal clarity. They are also easy to drive with standard devices but reach their best performance with dedicated Hi-Res DACs.

Raghav Somani, Founder and CEO of Headphone Zone, described the Wan’er S.G 2 as “an homage to India’s culture and heritage” and noted that it improves on the first generation “in every possible way.” Steve Tong, Director of Tangzu, said the special edition was created to honor Indian fans while preserving the sound of the original.

The Headphone Zone X Tangzu Wan’er S.G 2 is available exclusively on Headphone Zone’s official website at ₹1,990 for the 3.5mm model and ₹2,190 for the Type-C model.
