POCO is all set to unveil its next smartphone in India under its F series, dubbed POCO F7 with power-packed features. While, the company hasn’t officially confirmed the name, all signs point to the arrival of the POCO F7. The device is expected to go on sale via e-commerce site Flipkart. Additionally, there is a dedicated teaser page already gone live on Flipkart, featuring none other than Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar. In the teaser poster, he is holding a branded device with a tagline ‘Coming Soon’

India Launch Confirmed by POCO

POCO India has officially confirmed the India launch of its next F-series via its official X (formerly Twitter) handle. However, the tech giant hasn’t revealed the name, but it is widely speculated that the said smaartphone could be POCO F7, which is a successor to the last year’s POCO F6.

Meanwhile, POCO has already launched two higher-end models—POCO F7 Pro and POCO F7 Ultra in global markets, which further suggests that the Indian variant could be a part of this upgraded lineup.

Based on leaks and insider tips, the POCO F7 is rumored to be a rebadged version of the Redmi Turbo 4 Pro, which means it could pack some serious hardware. It is expected to boast a large 6.83-inch screen, likely AMOLED with high refresh rate. It is speculated to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, a capable chipset for gaming and multitasking.

For optics, it could pack 50MP main sensor for high-quality photography, an 8MP secondary sensor, possibly ultra-wide or depth, and 20MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. To power the smartphone, the company might include a massive 7,550mAh battery, expected to support 90W fast charging, making it super quick to refuel.
