Holborn Corporation promotes Stephanie Rabin as EVP and COO

The Board of Directors of US-based independent reinsurance broker, Holborn Corporation, have unanimously approved the promotion of Stephanie Rabin to Executive Vice President (EVP) and Chief Operating Officer (COO).

In the new role, she will continue reporting to Holborn’s President and Chief Brokerage Officer, Adam Manus.

Rabin’s appointment is in recognition of her extensive professional accomplishments, industry expertise, and contributions in advancing Holborn’s client relationships and operational efficiencies, the firm stated.

Most recently, Rabin served as the firm’s Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, reflecting Holborn’s continued commitment to well-established leadership.

She has over three decades of industry experience and joined Holborn in 2016. Prior to this, Rabin served in a COO capacity, leading Operations at Aspen Insurance U.S.

Before this, Rabin held leadership roles at global re/insurance broker Aon, where she was a Partner of the merger and acquisitions (M&A) and Business Transformation Advisory Solutions Group, and at the reinsurance broking arm of Marsh McLennan, Guy Carpenter.

Her appointment aims to allow Holborn to continue its focus on its independent and client-centred operation.
