Hua Hin Music Contest 2025 announced with over 300,000 baht in prizes – Hua Hin Today

Hua Hin City Municipality has announced the return of the Hua Hin Music Contest 2025, offering a platform for young amateur musicians to showcase their talents and compete for prizes totalling more than 300,000 baht.

The announcement was made during a press conference held on 25 July at Market Village Hua Hin. Hua Hin Mayor Nopporn Wutthikul presided over the event, joined by local officials, tourism and business representatives, and private sector partners.

Now in its second year, the contest is organised by Hua Hin City Municipality in collaboration with Market Village Hua Hin. The event is open to young people aged between 12 and 18, with applications accepted until 25 August 2025.

Also present at the event were Jirawan Boonrit, Deputy Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Prachuap Khiri Khan Office; Kitipong Siriphetkasem, President of the Hua Hin-Cha-am Tourism Business Association; Setthasak Lathong, Manager of Market Village Hua Hin; Porntep Wutthipharam, President of CT Music Co., Ltd.; Ananya Rodpan, Manager of Yamaha Music School (Market Village Hua Hin branch); and Worapoj Pruekviboon, General Manager of The Kaset Hua Hin.

The press conference was also attended by deputy mayors, the mayor’s secretary, municipal council members, local police, and district-level administrators.

Officials said the contest is designed to encourage creativity and support musical development among young people in the Hua Hin area and beyond. It also aims to strengthen cooperation between the public and private sectors in promoting cultural activities within the city.
