Hyatt to introduce its long-stay brand ‘Hyatt House’ in Delhi-NCR, ET TravelWorld

Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced plans to bring its Hyatt House brand to the National Capital Region with the signing of Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A. The 127-key extended-stay hotel, expected to open as part of a larger mixed-use development called The Flagship, will mark the brand’s debut in the Delhi NCR market.

The new Hyatt House property will be developed by IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, a subsidiary of CRC Group, and will be located on an 11.16-acre site in a growing business corridor of Noida. As the region continues to attract corporate investment across IT/ITeS, manufacturing, and other sectors, the property is expected to serve the growing demand for long-term accommodations.

The hotel will feature residential-style units intended to serve both transient guests and extended-stay travellers, such as project-based consultants, expatriates, and relocating professionals. Facilities will include an outdoor pool, a fitness centre, a recreation zone with gaming and board games, and multiple dining options, including an all-day restaurant, a poolside bar, and a grab-and-go café.

Commenting on the launch, Dhruva Rathore, Vice President of Development, India & Southwest Asia, Hyatt, said: “Hyatt House Noida Sector 140A will offer the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and a sense of community. We aim to redefine extended-stay hospitality while contributing to the region’s dynamic growth.”

Kunal Bhalla, Founder and CEO of CRC Group and Director at IT Infrastructure Park Private Ltd, added: “Noida’s rapid rise as a commercial and industrial centre has led to a growing need for high-quality extended-stay accommodations. This hotel aligns with our broader vision for The Flagship and the business community it will serve.”

Salil Kumar, Director of Marketing and Business Management at CRC Group, said: “This hotel will play a key role in shaping a dynamic ecosystem within The Flagship development.”

The new property will also offer event and meeting facilities, including large spaces for corporate training sessions, symposiums, and social gatherings.
