Indians With Valid US Visas Can Now Easily Travel To Argentina Without Needing Any Additional Visa

Argentina has announced a major relaxation in travel norms for Indians. Any Indian passport holder with a valid US visa can now enter Argentina without applying for an Argentine visa or AVE. The move follows PM Modi’s July meeting with President Javier Milei and is seen as a gesture to strengthen bilateral relations. Argentine officials, including Tourism Secretary Daniel Scioli, called it a step to revive inbound tourism, while Deregulation Minister Federico Sturzennegger confirmed that “they will no longer be required to apply.” With India’s rising outbound tourism and Argentina’s deregulation agenda, this step is expected to significantly increase people-to-people contact, tourism, and diplomatic goodwill between the two nations.
