Fabien Pinckaers, Founder & CEO, OdooGandhinagar (Gujarat) [India], August 27: Odoo Community Days India 2025, heralded as India’s biggest tech and business event, concluded on August 14 at the Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre in Gandhinagar, drawing more than 25,000 attendees for two days of immersive learning, networking, and product launches.
The build-up began on August 11 and 12 with hands-on Smart Classes covering key aspects of business management such as HR, accounting, manufacturing, and more with Odoo. The highlight was the Odoo Hackathon 2025, officially recognised by both the India Book of Records and Asia Book of Records for its scale: more than 18,000 registrations, 8,800 participants in virtual rounds, and a 1,000-strong offline finale that challenged talent across a 24-hour recruitment format. An MBA-focused Business Challenge immersed students in real-world case studies, bridging academia and industry.

Main stage keynotes on August 13 and 14 featured Fabien Pinckaers, Founder and CEO of Odoo. Pinckaers underlined India as one of Odoo’s fastest growing markets and pledged continued investment in localised features. Mantavya Gajjar, Managing Director of Odoo India, unveiled the partner ecosystem roadmap and announced a tailored HR app bundle for Indian MSMEs. A special Lunch with the CEO session opened direct dialogue on scaling strategies, AI integration, and entrepreneurial leadership between attendees and Fabien.
More than 250 exhibitors showcased real world implementations spanning finance, HR, CRM, retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce. Among them, 94.3 My FM also took part with a dedicated stall, joining Odoo partners, technology innovators, and business manufacturers. Their live coverage from the venue amplified the event’s reach to mainstream radio audiences, connecting the community buzz with a wider business and entrepreneurial base. Attendees ordered 14,000 cups of coffee at the Odoo POS Café, staffed entirely by Odoo employees, and experienced the Odoo Smart Mart to witness live inventory workflows. The packed Odoo Store underscored brand loyalty, with merchandise flying off the shelves. Event management, from stage design to hospitality, was executed end to end by Odoo’s own teams, reinforcing the company’s ethos of ownership and teamwork.
Distinguished speakers and influencers, including Aman Gupta (boAt), Ranveer Allahbadia (BeerBiceps), Sharan Hegde, Ganeshprasad (Think School), and many others, drew younger demographics while blending thought leadership with cultural relevance. Hundreds of partners and thought leaders convened to build an ecosystem that empowers MSMEs nationwide with free, open source tools and shared best practices in process automation, digital commerce, and AI-driven decision making.
