Inside the La Beauté Louis Vuitton Pop-Up in NYC
Louis Vuitton widens its universe with La Beauté Louis Vuitton, a beauty pop-up in downtown New York. The maison has recast a SoHo storefront as an immersive, design-led space. Located at 104 Prince Street and open through the end of the year, the boutique offers an early look at the debut makeup collections guided by the Creative Director of Cosmetics, Dame Pat McGrath.

Inside, lacquered red saturates the rooms and spotlights the first lineup: 55 shades of LV Rouge lipsticks, 10 LV Baume lip balms, and 8 LV Ombres eyeshadow palettes. Guests arrive through a curved tunnel animated by roughly 50 digital screens, then land at a central makeup station shaped like the Monogram flower. Mirrored orbs enable virtual try-ons, while glossy Verner Panton chairs create a perch for consultations.

Anchoring the space is a Beauty Station Trunk that nods to the house’s trunkmaking heritage and its spirit of travel. Around the corner, an interactive “SoHo Corner” plays with light and color that respond to movement, turning a quick visit into a camera-ready moment. The atmosphere is polished and welcoming; product discovery is hands-on rather than choreographed.

More than a retail stop, La Beauté Louis Vuitton emerges as a defining statement — a beauty universe built with the same craftsmanship and imagination the maison has long devoted to leather goods and ready-to-wear. The SoHo pop-up isn’t just a glimpse of what’s to come; it’s the opening of a new chapter, one that positions beauty as a permanent pillar in the Louis Vuitton story.
