Instinctif Partners appoints Nour Sukkar as partner

Instinctif Partners has strengthened its partner team with Nour Sukkar, who joins from the communications practice of rival Teneo.

Appointed a partner in the Capital Markets & Investor Relations team, Nour Sukkar will provide a range of financial communication services to clients in the region, in the context of situations such as mergers & acquisitions, restructurings, public flotations, and major milestones impacting the investor community. Sukkar is based out of Dubai.

Sukkar previously was with Teneo, where she spent two years in its Dubai office. Before that, she worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse (now UBS) and HSBC, and worked at capital markets player TD Securities.

Over the course of her career, Sukkar has provided advice to a wide range of clients, leading large-scale IPO and M&A transactions and advising on investor relations across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and beyond.

Her track record includes advising on the sale of a construction and development company to the Public Investment Fund (PIF), the sale of a major stake in a leading food and beverage company, a merger within the mining industry, as well as multiple listings within the healthcare, transportation and utilities sectors.
