Following the Beijing-brokered resumption of Saudi-Iran relations, more Middle Eastern countries are in the process of reviving diplomatic ties with their regional rivals. How are the political and economic landscapes of the Middle East shifting with this recent wave of diplomatic reconciliations? How did China become a successful peacemaker in the region?
