J Hus signs to Concord Music Publishing | Publishing
Concord Music Publishing has announced the signing of J Hus to a global publishing agreement.
The deal includes all of J Hus’ future works and future copyrights worldwide, with Concord Music Publishing EVP of worldwide A&R Kim Frankiewicz describing J Hus as a “once-in-a-generation artist”.
“His sound continues to redefine British music, and his storytelling resonates far beyond the UK,” Frankiewicz said. “We are honoured to be part of this next phase in his journey.”
Michael Adane, general manager at 2K Management, whose founders Moe Bah and Kilo Jalloh discovered J Hus, said: “Concord are an amazing team who have really made their mark globally, our visions perfectly aligned, so we’re really excited to partner up and get to work!”

J Hus’ 2017 single Did You See has 2,217,825 sales to date, according to the Official Charts Company, while Bouff Daddy has 1,102,934. He hit No.1 with his last two albums, Beautiful And Brutal Yard and Big Conspiracy, while his debut full length Common Sense hit No.6.
The rapper’s new single Gold, a collaboration with Asake, is out now via his new record deal with Empire.
