Continuing its winning streak of successfully running in theatres across the country, superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer 2’ has collected over ₹463 crore in 20 days.
According to Sacnilk, Jailer 2 collected ₹3.35 crore net on Day 20, a 1.5 per cent decrease from its previous collection of ₹3.40 crore on Day 19. As per the statistics, a total of 8,050 shows were scheduled for the movie, corresponding to a 13.9 per cent occupancy.
Directed by Nelson Dilipkumar, the film has emerged as one of the biggest Tamil blockbusters of 2026 and set new box-office records across domestic and international markets.
As of November 3, 2026, Sacnilk reported that Jailer 2 topped a total of ₹816.9 crore in worldwide gross in the past 20 days. Quite evidently, the film’s daily collections have slowed compared with its opening weeks, but the movie has already crossed the ₹800 crore worldwide mark, establishing itself as one of the highest-grossing Tamil films ever and the second-highest-grossing Indian film of 2026, behind “Dhurandhar: The Revenge”. The film has also created major records in the southern states. It is reportedly the first Indian Indian film to earn more than ₹75 crore in each of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, Karnataka and Kerala.
As Jailer 2 enters another crucial phase of its theatrical run, all eyes are on its upcoming weekend collections. Whether the movie can move closer to ₹900 crore and eventually challenge the ₹1,000 crore milestone remains to be seen.
