“Do better @united,” she wrote, emphasizing that a couple of $15 food vouchers were inadequate compensation for a flight delay that had stretched over 16 hours. A screenshot she posted appeared to show her United app, confirming the extensive delay, though details regarding her departure location and current flight status were not disclosed.
In a separate post, Jones referenced the state of transportation oversight, questioning whether a Secretary of Transportation was still in place. She also shared an image of herself lying on the airport floor, seemingly illustrating the exhaustion caused by the delay.
