JK Tyre India President Anuj Kathuria resigns, ET Auto
Anuj KathuriaAnuj Kathuria resigned from his position as President (India) of JK Tyre on February 14, 2025, citing personal reasons, the company confirmed his resignation in a regulatory filing. Kathuria’s extensive career includes leadership roles at Ashok Leyland, Tata Motors, and Tata Daewoo.
JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. announced Kathuria’s departure in a regulatory filing to stock exchanges. The company accepted his resignation.
In his resignation letter addressed to Prem Singh, Kathuria indicated he would serve a notice period of 90 days as per the terms of his employment.
Experience and Education Qualifications
Kathuria’s previous experience includes significant positions at Ashok Leyland. He also contributed to Tata Motors and Tata Daewoo in Korea. Kathuria has over three decades of rich experience bringing growth to the respective companies he has been associated with.
He is an engineer with a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Finance and is a Harvard Business School alumnus. Kathuria also held senior management positions within the auto sector overseas.
