Jyoti Mahendru joins McCann Worldgroup India as Chief Talent Officer, ETHRWorld

Jyoti Mahendru, Chief Talent Office, McCann Worldgroup India McCann Worldgroup India has appointed Jyoti Mahendru as its Chief Talent Officer and National Communication Officer.

Mahendru is making her return to McCann Worldgroup after previously serving as Executive Vice President – Human Resources from 2018 to 2022.

“Thrilled to be coming home to McCann Worldgroup India – this time as Chief Talent Officer & National Communications Officer,” Mahendru wrote in a LinkedIn post.

In this new role, she will drive talent management, shape company culture, and lead internal communications throughout the network.

Prior to this role, Mahendru was associated with VML, an international marketing and communications company, as Chief People Officer for India.

Previously, she worked at KNAV International, Bharti Wal-Mart, Belden, Modicare, Barista Coffee and Star TV Network.

Mahendru holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management – HR from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
