Interim head coach Mark Carney’s football team will try to stop a 21-game losing streak in today’s season opener against Merrimack. Kickoff time at Dix Stadium is at noon.
The Flashes have not won a game since a 38-10 victory over Central Connecticut State in 2023 home opener. They lost their last nine games in 2023 and all 12 games in 2024.
