Know routes to reach IGI airport, railway station from Gurgaon, other regions

Here’s the list of all the routes that commuters can take during G20 Summit 2023 to reach IGI Airport and New Delhi Railway Station.

The Delhi Police has released a thorough traffic advisory to ensure that commuters can go to and from work without incident during the next G20 Summit, which started today at the newly built Bharat Mandapam in Pragati Maidan. 

Utilize the Blue Line to get to Dwarka Sector 21 Station, then change to the Airport Express Line to get to IGI Airport Terminal 3. The Airport Express Line, which connects to IGI Airport T3, may be accessed from New Delhi by using the Yellow Line to New Delhi Station. An alternative is to take the Orange Line from Shivaji Stadium to Terminal 3 of IGI Airport.

South Delhi: Take the Pink Line to Dhaula Kuan Station, and then transfer to the Airport Express Line to reach Terminal 3 at IGI Airport. An alternative route to take to get to IGI Airport Terminal 3 is to take the Magenta Line to Hauz Khas Station, the Yellow Line to Dilli Haat-INA Station, the Pink Line to Durgabhai Deshmukh South Campus Station, and then change to the Airport Express Line.

Getting to New Delhi Station from North Delhi requires changing to the Yellow Line at Kashmere Gate Station from the Red Line. Afterward, you can change to the Airport Express Line to get to Terminal 3 at IGI Airport.

Gurugram to T3: Service Road NH-48 to Rao Gajraj Singh Marg to Old Delhi Gurugram Road to UER II, then, Service Road NH-48 forT3 Terminal Road. For T1, Take Service Road NH-48 – Sanjay T-Point – Ullan Batar Marg – Terminal T1.

Dwarka to T3: Sector 22 Dwarka Road to UER II to Service Road NH-48 for T3 Terminal Road. After this take Service Road NH-48 – Sanjay T-Point – Ullan Batar Marg – Terminal T1, for T1.

New Delhi and South Delhi to T3: AIIMS Chowk to Ring Road to Moti Bagh Chowk to RTR Marg to Sanjay T-Point, then, Service Road NH-48 for T3 Terminal Road. Whereas for T1, take Ullan Batar Marg instead of NH -48– Terminal T1

West Delhi to T3: Punjabi Bagh Chowk to Ring Road to Raja Garden Chowk, take Najafgarh Road then Pankha Road. Then follow Dabri-Dwarka Road – Road No. 224, Dabri-Gurugram Road – Sector-22, Dwarka Road – UER-II – Service Road NH-48 – T3 Terminal Road. For T1, follow similar route till UER-II then take Ullan Batar Marg – Terminal T1

North & East Delhi to T3: ISBT Kashmere Gate – Rani Jhansi Flyover – Rohtak Road – Punjabi Bagh Chowk – Ring Road – Raja Garden Chowk – Najafgarh Road – Pankha Road – Dabri-Dwarka Road – Road No. 224, Dabri-Gurugram Road – Sector-22, Dwarka Road – UER-II – Service Road NH-48 – T3 Terminal Road. Take Ullan Batar Marg to reach Terminal T1. 

How to get to the New Delhi Railway station?

From South and West Delhi: Follow this route, Dhaula Kuan – Ring Road – Naraina Flyover – Mayapuri Chowk – Kirti Nagar Main Road – Shadipur Flyover – Patel Road (Main Mathura Marg) – R/A Pusa – Pusa Road – Dayal Chowk – Panchkuian Road – Outer Circle Connaught Place – Chelmsford Road (for Paharganj) or Minto Road – Bhavbhuti Marg (for Ajmeri Gate).

Yudhisthir Setu, Boulevard Road, Rani Jhansi Flyover, R/A Jhandewalan, D.B. Gupta Road, Sheela Cinema Road, and Paharganj Bridge are the routes from North and East Delhi.
