Legally Blonde the musical at Rose Theatre Kiddermister

Kidderminster Operatic and Dramatic Society (KODS) is bringing Legally Blonde the Musical to The Rose Theatre and promises an unforgettable show of music, energy and laughter. 

The show is set to come to the stage from Monday (March 17) to Saturday (March 22).

Based on the hit 2001 film, Legally Blonde follows the journey of Elle Woods, a determined sorority girl who proves that you don’t have to fit the typical mould to succeed. 

Molly Parker (Image: Paul Hickey) With her dazzling personality, sharp wit and undying determination, Elle takes on Harvard Law School and faces challenges that make her question everything she thought she knew about herself and the world around her. 

Legally Blonde is full of catchy songs, vibrant dance numbers and a story that celebrates self-empowerment.  

Director and choreographer Emily Hamer said: “This is going to be an incredible show. The cast and team have been working unbelievably hard to make something great. 

“Please don’t miss out on seeing Legally Blonde.”

The cast of 35 have been rehearsing since October with fellow society members Emily Hamer, as director and choreographer, and Josh Dibble, as musical director, putting them through their paces. 

Performances will run at The Rose Theatre from Monday, March 17 to Saturday, March 22 at 7.30pm.

There is also a Saturday matinee performance at 2.30pm
