The Couchiching Conservancy invites you to spend a relaxing afternoon immersed in nature at one of our newest properties for Passport to Nature: Music in the Grove.

  • Date: Saturday, Aug. 23
  • Location: 1422 Division Rd W, Orillia
  • Cost: $25 for non-members, $20 for members

Bring a blanket or chair and enjoy a delicious boxed lunch from Mariposa Market while listening to live music along the trails. This special event features performances by:

  • The Little Otter Band – local favourites bringing toe-tapping folk sounds.
  • Andrew Woodill – a talented multi-instrumentalist and music teacher.
  • Jessica Martin – an artist blending Métis fiddle for a fresh take on traditional music.

Their support is what makes this program possible — and we encourage you to support the businesses doing great work to protect nature.

Your ticket includes lunch and live music. We encourage attendees to carpool as parking is limited.

This event could not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors: Executive Wealth Advisors – Raymond James, Cuisinart, and event sponsors: Midland Penetanguishene Field Naturalists and Marci Csumrik & Associates at RE/MAX Orillia.

Join us for a day of good food, great music, and the beauty of the outdoors. Passport to Nature: Music in the Grove is a celebration of community and the landscapes we work to protect.
