McCain and Philips brings a new era of smart snacking in new ad, ET BrandEquity

This partnership brings together McCain’s expertise in frozen snacks and Philips’ advanced Air Fryer technology to redefine home indulgence. The new range delivers crispy fries that replicate the taste, texture and consistency of restaurant-style fries, offering consumers a convenient way to enjoy an out-of-home dining experience in their own kitchens.

The brand has strategically collaborated with Philips, the inventors of air fryer technology, to enhance the experience, ensuring that consumers can enjoy their favourite snacks with restaurant-like taste, crispiness, and convenience right at home, the company stated in a press note.

To amplify this launch, McCain has introduced a DVC that captures how modern families connect, with McCain at the heart of shared moments.

The film highlights moments of togetherness, celebrating a family dynamic where everyone plays a role, rather than the responsibility resting solely on the mother. It opens with a mother returning home to a plate of crispy, golden fries, assuming they’re from a restaurant. To her surprise, her husband and child proudly reveal they made them together in the air fryer- a heartwarming reminder that delicious, restaurant-like fries can be enjoyed at home, with shared efforts and joyful moments.
