Memorial Art Gallery hosts Bunny Hop event with art, music, and family fun

Rochester, N.Y. — The Memorial Art Gallery is set to host Bunny Hop, a family-friendly event offering an afternoon of art, music, and interactive fun.

Special guests include the Seneca Park ZooMobile and the Submarine School of Music, promising a memorable experience for attendees.

“This event seems to get bigger and better every year,” said PR Specialist for the Memorial Art Gallery Paige Engard. “I think this year, we have more families than ever enjoying artwork around the museum, arts and crafts, music, spring-themed treats. It’s just a really fun day to come out with the whole family and enjoy the Memorial Art Gallery.”

The Sunday event invites the community to engage in hands-on arts and crafts, explore exhibitions, and enjoy live performances.

“Sometimes I think people hear ‘art museum’ and they don’t necessarily think, toddlers or young kids and we love to show them the Memorial Art Gallery is a fun experience for the whole family,” Engard said. “There’s so much for kids to do, not just today, but all the time here, whether it’s hands-on crafting in our current exhibit, Alma Thomas, featuring works by Alma Thomas, or exploring with their families.”

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Click here for more information
