Men’s ice hockey (4-13-1) hosts CCHA contender, St. Thomas (4-10-4, 3-6-3 CCHA), to open the new year.

The Lions went 1-1 in a series versus the Omaha Mavericks. In game one, Lindenwood won 3-2 scoring in all three periods. Lindenwood had three different goal-scorers in game one. In game two, the Lions fell to the Mavericks 2-1.

Lindenwood is looking to start the new year strong with a sweep over the Tommies of St. Thomas. All four of Lindenwood’s wins on the season have come on a Friday. In the month of December, the Lions went 1-2, picking up a win against Omaha, and falling to Omaha and Michigan State once.
In the last meeting between both teams, Lindenwood fell to St. Thomas (October 23, 2023) 3-1. The Lions are 0-1-1 all-time against the Tommies.
