Mitsumi Distribution showcases digital infrastructure, capacity-building at GITEX Nigeria 2025
Mitsumi Distribution has announced major plans to strengthen Nigeria’s digital infrastructure and expand technology access as it participates in GITEX Nigeria 2025.
The technology distributor, which specialises in IT, telecommunications, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and enterprise solutions, is showcasing its comprehensive value division to support the country’s growing digital economy.
“Nigeria represents one of Africa’s most dynamic technology markets, with immense potential for digital growth,” said Jagat Shah, Chairman & CEO at Mitsumi Distribution. “Our participation at GITEX Nigeria 2025 reinforces our commitment to empowering local businesses, government institutions, and service providers with world-class technology solutions that drive economic growth and digital inclusion.”
At the event, Mitsumi is highlighting four key focus areas: telecommunications infrastructure, enterprise-grade cybersecurity, AI-driven business intelligence, and next-generation cloud services. The company said these solutions are designed to address challenges faced by Nigerian enterprises in connectivity, data security, operational efficiency, and scalability.
“Our approach goes beyond traditional distribution,” Shah explained. “We provide comprehensive support, including technical training, pre-sales consulting, supply chain optimisation, and post-deployment services. This holistic model ensures our partners and customers achieve maximum value from their technology investments.”
The company also emphasised its role in capacity building and local skills development. Its experts work with system integrators, value-added resellers, and government agencies to transfer knowledge and support successful technology deployments.
“GITEX Nigeria 2025 represents more than a business opportunity—it’s a platform for fostering innovation, building lasting partnerships, and contributing to Nigeria’s digital future,” Shah added.
With operations in more than 30 countries and partnerships with over 40 global technology brands, Mitsumi says it remains committed to helping Nigeria achieve its digital transformation goals through infrastructure development, cybersecurity resilience, and inclusive innovation.
