Munjal Auto Industries Announces Nitin Bachchavat as New CFO, ETCFO

Munjal Auto Industries Limited, part of the Hero Group, has appointed Nitin Bachchavat as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 15, 2025, according to a stock exchange filing.

Bachchavat will succeed Brham Prakash Yadav, who will step down from the CFO role on the same date.

Bachchavat is a Chartered Accountant with over 21 years of experience in business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial planning, treasury, compliance, and auditing.

He has held leadership roles in DuPont, Hindalco, DCM Shriram, Kalpataru Power Transmission, and Ascend Telecom, across sectors including agriculture, food and nutrition, chemicals, polymers, telecom, and EPC.

He also holds a B.Com degree and has completed leadership programs at IIM Bangalore and IIM Kolkata.
