National Hardware Show Rebrands for 2026

LAS VEGAS — The National Hardware Show is rebranding to NHS Concept to Commerce — its most significant transformation to date. The reimagined show, organized by RX, will debut March 31–April 2, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center West Hall, preceded by an International Exhibitor Summit on March 30.

NHS Concept to Commerce will be the only show with retailers, brands, manufacturers, distributors, inventors, private label providers and global factories together under one roof.

Organizers describe the move as “a strategic shift designed to meet the urgent needs of today’s retail decision-makers and supply chain leaders,” and emphasize that the goal for attendee buyers is outcomes — not just inspiration.

“It’s an opportunity to cut time-to-shelf, improve cost structures through direct sourcing and build assortments that can’t be easily replicated,” Event Director Hector Morfin Chong told Hardware Retailer. “Whether it’s exclusive product ideas or new supply chain partners that unlock new categories, the value lies in being early, informed and equipped to make smarter, faster decisions that drive real business results.”

The need for urgency and immediacy has never been greater in the hardware industry. The product cycle demands speed, control and margin awareness. Retailers want innovation earlier. Manufacturers want direct input from decision-makers.

“We listened to our customers and are responding to their needs,” Morfin Chong said. “Faster trend cycles, tighter margins and the need for exclusive products now require retailers and brands to move quickly and source smarter.”

The show has a history of responding to exhibitors’ and attendees’ needs. In response to their input, NHS moved to March in 2024 (it was held from Jan. 31-Feb. 2 in 2023, and April 5-7 in 2022), and this year’s show added two new programs for women: How Women Rise in Hardware and Build Women.

Now, the reimagined 2026 show will feature a larger, centralized hub showcasing breakthrough product ideas across all consumer categories and access to dozens of early-stage innovations looking for retail feedback and potential partners. There will be an emphasis on factory-direct products and direct connections to manufacturers from Mexico, Vietnam, India, and other key hubs.

“Attendees won’t just find what’s available — they’ll find what’s next, and be positioned to act on it before competitors do,” Morfin Chong said.
