Jonas Prasanna, Head – People Services & Solutions, Novartis IndiaNovartis India has appointed Jonas Prasanna as the Head of People Services and Solutions.

“I’m incredibly grateful to begin a new chapter with Novartis as Head – People Services & Solutions, India,” Prasanna said in a LinkedIn post.

Prior to joining Novartis India, Prasanna was associated with Boeing as Asia-Pacific Human Resources Business Partner (APAC HRBP Leader).

Previously. he worked at Hotstar, Capgemini and Philips.

Prasanna holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Indian Institute of Planning and Management.
