New Delhi, April 23: Samsung has reportedly started to roll out the stable One UI 7 update based on Android 15 in India. The Samsung One UI 7 update is being made available for several of its smartphones, including the Galaxy S24 series, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Users of these devices in India can expect to receive the new features and improvements that come with this update soon.

As per reports, a stable version of the One UI 7 update, which is based on Android 15, is now accessible in India. The update is currently being rolled out for devices, which include the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24+, Galaxy S24 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 6, and Galaxy Z Fold 6. A few days ago, the One UI 7 update was released in South Korea, and it seems that some users in the Middle East, including the UAE and Turkey, have also started to receive the update. The update is expected to expand to other markets soon, and it will also be available for older high-end smartphones and mid-range devices in the future. Additionally, lower-end Galaxy devices that are eligible for One UI 7 are anticipated to receive the update within the coming months.

One UI 7 Features

Samsung’s One UI 7 brings major design changes in the user interface. Reports suggest it now separates the notifications and Quick Panel. The update aims to make managing alerts and settings simpler for users. The Quick Panel is also said to offer more customisation options, including a built-in volume slider. One UI 7 reportedly introduced a new feature, the Now Bar, which appears on the lock screen to display live and ongoing notifications. Galaxy users with eligible devices can check for the One UI 7 update by going to Settings, then go to Software update. If available, select “Download and install” to begin, then choose “Install now” to complete the installation.
