Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan to strengthen collaboration in cryptocurrency and blockchain innovation
Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan have agreed to deepen bilateral cooperation in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and digital finance following a high-level virtual meeting between Bilal Bin Saqib, Pakistan’s Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain, and Farkhat Aminov, Director of Kyrgyzstan’s National Investment Agency.
During the conference, both sides held detailed discussions on digital finance, regulatory frameworks, and blockchain innovation. They stressed the importance of sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices to foster the growth of their digital economies.
Bilal Bin Saqib commended Kyrgyzstan’s leadership in digital asset innovation and expressed Pakistan’s interest in jointly developing regulatory structures and advancing technology. He also proposed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to establish a formal partnership in the crypto space.
Both countries reiterated their commitment to building a secure, transparent, and future-ready digital economy, with the collaboration aiming to enhance blockchain and digital finance integration across Central and South Asia.
