After the OnePlus 13s launch in India, Chinese smartphones will introduce the Nord 5 in the global markets. The device will be the successor to the OnePlus Nord 4, and it is expected to have improved design, hardware, features, and, of course, the camera. The device will reportedly get a plastic frame with a glass back. It will also feature dual stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

While the device’s existence is yet to be confirmed, the rumour mill has already revealed some details about its specifications, price, and design. Here’s what we know about the upcoming device.

OnePlus Nord 5 launch timeline

The company has not announced the official OnePlus Nord 5 launch date at the moment. But, if the company sticks to its usual timeline, the Nord 5 could launch in July. The reports also suggest that OnePlus Nord CE 5 could debut with the Nord 5.

OnePlus Nord 5 specifications (Expected)

The OnePlus Nord 5 is said to come with a 6.77-inch 1.5K resolution flat OLED panel with 120hz refresh rate. It may come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset, which is a toned-down version of the Dimensity 9400 chipset. It could house a big 6,700mAh battery and 100W fast charging. It may ship with Android 15 out of the box.

As for the camera, the device may offer a dual camera setup with a 50MP primary shooter with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. The device may also offer a 16MP front camera.

OnePlus Nord 5 price in India (Expected)

As per the latest report, the OnePlus Nord 5 could be priced between Rs 30,000 and Rs 35,000 in the Indian market. However, the details about the device remain under wraps.
