PwC India collaborates with Kapture CX to accelerate agentic automation solutions
Kapture CX, an AI-first customer experience management platform, announced on Wednesday a partnership with PwC India, the Indian arm of the global service firm.
The company shared how its proprietary LLMs and verticalized approach to AI, clubbed with PwC India’s experience in implementing agentic automation solutions, enable the partners to deliver tailored AI-CX solutions to clients across sectors like Retail, BFSI, Travel, Energy, and Consumer Durables.
