Rachel Zegler Wears Custom Gown Fit for a Princess to “Snow White” Premiere
Rachel Zegler took on the dutiful role of playing Disney’s very first princess, who first debuted in the original 1937 animated film. It set the tone for Disney’s now historic list of princesses, including Cinderella, Ariel, and more.
While the premiere had limited press access, children from the Boys & Girls Club of San Fernando and Malibu were in attendance — some of them wearing full Snow White gowns. Zegler took a moment to meet with them.

The upcoming musical film, directed by Marc Webb, features a script penned by Barbie‘s Greta Gerwig and Erin Cressida Wilson. The remake will feature new original songs in the film, one of which is called “Waiting on a Wish.” Disney released the song earlier this month, along with a video of Zegler performing an acoustic version of it. Zegler stars alongside Gal Gadot, who plays the Evil Queen. Other castmembers include Andrew Burnap as Jonathan, Ansu Kabia as the Huntsman, Martin Klebba as Grumpy, Dujonna Gift as Maple, and Colin Michael Carmichael, who plays Farno.
