Real De Daru F.C completed a double over Golden United.
They defeated Golden United FC in the league final before their Super Cup final clash.
The tightly contested final was graced by dignitaries such as Minister of Youth and Sports Bakary Y. Badjie, Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Hon. Seedy S.K. Njie, chairman of Team Restore Confidence (TRC), Sadibou Kamaso, NPP chairman of Kunkujang Keitaya, Saidou Conteh and other important dignitaries from NPP.
The tightly contested final saw Real De Daru F.C secured their first piece of silverware for the ‘nawettan’ season.
As champions, Real De Daru F.C walked away with a giant trophy, a set of jerseys, and a cash prize of D7,000, while Golden United received D5,000 and a set of jerseys as the runners-up.
Mamat Mbye of Real De Daru received the Man of the Match Award following his sterling performance during the match.
