Red Robin is expanding its drink menu with alcoholic dirty sodas, new holiday cocktails, and the return of a popular seasonal milkshake.

The new drinks arrived at participating restaurants nationwide on November 3, with several festive options available through January 3, 2027.

According to a November 3 announcement from Red Robin, the chain is introducing Spiked Dirty Sodas as a year-round menu addition. Customers can also order nonalcoholic versions with bottomless refills.

It’s an interesting change for a chain best known for burgers and fries. Dirty sodas, which typically combine soda with flavored syrups, cream, or other ingredients, have become popular on social media. Now adults can enjoy versions with rum, whiskey, or vodka.

What’s being added to the Red Robin menu?

Now through Jan. 3, 2027, Red Robin is offering festive limited-time beverages including the Santa’s Little Helper Dirty Soda, a Peppermint Espresso Martini and an OREO® Candy Cane Milkshake available at participating locations in the U.S. Credit: Red Robin promotional image

Four Spiked Dirty Soda combinations are being introduced, with the Fruity Fizz available in several flavors.

Here’s what’s available:

  • Coconut Cola: Coca-Cola mixed with Malibu Rum and coconut, finished with cold foam and a lime wedge.

  • Vanilla Dr Pepper: Dr Pepper combined with Jack Daniel’s Whiskey and vanilla, topped with cold foam and a cherry.

  • Fruity Fizz: Sprite and Tito’s Handmade Vodka with a choice of candied orange, wild raspberry, desert pear, or dragon fruit. Each comes with cold foam and a cherry.

  • Island Breeze: Sprite mixed with Malibu Rum, pineapple, and coconut, finished with cold foam and a cherry.

Customers who don’t want alcohol can choose from the chain’s bottomless dirty sodas instead.

Three festive beverages are joining the menu through January 3, 2027. These include the returning OREO Candy Cane Milkshake. This combines vanilla soft serve, peppermint, and OREO cookies, topped with whipped cream, crushed candy cane, and cookie crumbs. Adults can add Baileys for an alcoholic version.

For coffee lovers, there’s a Peppermint Espresso Martini, made with Grey Goose Vodka, espresso, and peppermint. The drink also adds cold foam and crushed peppermint.

Finally, the Santa’s Little Helper Dirty Soda combines original or sugar-free Red Bull with raspberry, vanilla, and club soda. It’s topped with cold foam and lime, with an option to add Grey Goose Vodka.

What did Red Robin say?

Brian Sullivan, executive chef and vice president of Culinary & Beverage Innovation, said the new drinks reflect the company’s efforts to bring popular flavors and emerging trends to its menu.

In the official announcement, Sullivan explained:

“Our new Spiked Dirty Sodas and holiday drinks are just one example of how we’re taking inspiration from emerging trends and flavors people already love and creating drinks that are both approachable and unexpected. Whether it’s a creamy soda creation or a peppermint-inspired beverage, we want every sip to be just as exciting as what’s on the plate.”

What you should know before heading out

Not every location will necessarily carry the full lineup. Availability, pricing, and menu options may vary by restaurant.

There are also a few restrictions worth knowing:

  • Alcoholic beverages are restricted to customers aged 21 and older.

  • Holiday drinks are scheduled to remain available through January 3, 2027.

  • Bottomless beverage refills are only available for dine-in customers, not takeout or delivery.

  • Alcoholic upgrades, including Baileys in the milkshake, may cost extra.

Customers can check participating locations and additional drink details at RedRobin.com/holiday.
