Ruchi Dubey, Director – People & Culture, Metro Global Solution Centre, IndiaMetro Global Solution Centre, India, a software company based in Pune, has appointed Ruchi Dubey as Director – People and Culture.

Dubey comes with 25 years of experience in different facets of human resources such as talent management, customer relationship management, employee engagement, strategy and recruiting.

Prior to joining Metro Global Solution, Dubey was associated with Infosys BPM as HR Business Leader.

Previously, she worked at The Insolvency Service, Cisco Systems, Capital Consulting, Ocwen Financial and IonIdea Enterprise Solutions.

Dubey holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Faculty of Management Studies, Jabalpur and an MA in Industrial Psychology from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya.
