This Country co-creators, actors, writers and comedians Daisy May and Charlie Cooper are back on our screens this autumn with the second series of BBC Two’s NightWatch.
The series sees the award-winning siblings reunite on screen to spend the night together in notorious and reportedly haunted buildings across the UK, discovering long hidden secrets about the buildings – and each other.

In episode five of the new series, they spend the night in Saundersfoot Harbour to see if they can uncover any spooky signs.
They were looked after by the Saundersfoot Harbour team who ‘met them, greeted them and looked after them.
“They were pretty good, pretty chilled and welcoming,” said the harbour’s marketing and communication lead, Ross Grieve.

“As expected, they are chalk and cheers and have a normal brother sister family dynamic.
“They were entertaining everybody around them and people who asked for photos.”
Ross added that this is the fourth time the harbour has been used for filming this year. It Has also been used for Emily Batty’s forthcoming Amazon Prime film, Near and Distant Things and been visited by Melanie Walters, Gavin and Stacey’s Gwen, and Jo Page who filmed there as well as the Coopers.

Daisy May and Charlie have been fascinated by the paranormal since childhood. Blaming it on the creepy movies they were allowed to watch as kids and access to their mum’s Ouija board.
In NightWatch, they seize the opportunity to prove any existence of spooks, spirits and ghouls. To give themselves the best chance, they visit some of the UK’s most reputedly haunted locations and challenge themselves to stay overnight.
The Saundersfoot episode of NightWatch will air on Sunday, November 23.
Before that viewers can enjoy the siblings survive the night in a Gloucester prison and at Chillingham Castle.
The first episode of Daisy May and Charlie Cooper’s NightWatch airs this Sunday, October 26 at 9.30pm on BBC2.
