Q4 Earnings in Focus

  • Adani Enterprises: Reported a massive jump in Q4 net profit to ₹3,844.9 crore vs ₹450.6 crore YoY, aided by an exceptional gain of ₹3,945.7 crore from the sale of a stake in AWL Agri Business.

  • Eternal (formerly Zomato): Net profit dropped 77.7% YoY to ₹39 crore; revenue surged 63.8% to ₹5,833 crore.

  • MOIL: Q4FY25 revenue rose 4.2% YoY to ₹433 crore, PAT jumped 26.9% to ₹115.65 crore, and EBITDA margin expanded 135 bps to 32.2%.

  • Bandhan Bank: Profit surged nearly 6-fold to ₹317.9 crore, while NII declined 3.6% YoY. Gross NPA rose slightly to 4.71%.

  • Federal Bank: Posted a 13.7% YoY rise in net profit to ₹1,030.2 crore; GNPA and NNPA improved sequentially.

  • Indus Towers: Net profit declined 56% QoQ to ₹1,779 crore; revenue up 2% QoQ to ₹7,727 crore.

  • Jindal Steel & Power (JSPL): Swung to a loss of ₹303.6 crore from a profit of ₹933.5 crore YoY due to exceptional loss.

  • Paras Defence: PAT nearly doubled YoY to ₹19.7 crore; revenue up 35.8% at ₹108.2 crore.

  • Sona BLW: PAT rose 10.4% YoY to ₹164.1 crore, while revenue declined 2.2%.

  • Home First Finance: PAT rose 25.4% to ₹104.7 crore; board recommended ₹3.70 per share dividend.

  • JSW Infrastructure: PAT up 54.3% to ₹509.4 crore; revenue increased 17% YoY.

  • Godrej Agrovet: PAT grew 23.9% to ₹70.8 crore; revenue flat; ₹11 per share final dividend announced.

  • Phoenix Mills: PAT declined 17.7% YoY to ₹268.8 crore; revenue fell 22.2%.

  • LG Balakrishnan: PAT rose 23.8% to ₹84 crore; revenue up 10.3%. Final dividend of ₹20 per share.

Auto stocks on sales action

  • Maruti Suzuki: April sales up 6.96% YoY at 1.8 lakh units; exports up 26% YoY.

  • TVS Motor: Sales up 16% YoY to 4.44 lakh units; EV sales surged 59%.

  • Tata Motors: Sales down 6.2% YoY to 72,753 units.

  • Eicher Motors: VECV sales rose 27.3% YoY; Royal Enfield up 6%.

  • Mahindra & Mahindra: Auto sales up 19%, tractor sales up 8%.

  • Escorts Kubota: Tractor sales down 1.2% YoY.

  • Hyundai Motor: Reported 60,774 total units, with 44,374 domestic and 16,400 exports.

  • VST Tillers: Sales up 94.8% YoY.

  • Hero MotoCorp: Dispatched 3.05 lakh units in April 2025. VAHAN registrations stood at 5.11 lakh. VIDA electric scooter dispatches touched 7,116 units. The company launched four products in Sri Lanka and announced a 3-year global brand partnership with golfers Akshay Bhatia and Sahith Theegala.
