Stratum Dermatology Clinic to open at Wootton Science Park

Stratum Dermatology Clinic, owned by Bupa, will move into suite three of the Origin building at Wootton Science Park in Boars Hill.

The suite spans 2,336 square feet and will house Stratum’s consultant dermatologists and staff, who will relocate from Cantay House in Oxford.

The clinic is set to open to the public in July after a complete fit-out by Total Projects.

Mark Norfolk, managing director at Stratum Dermatology Clinic, said: “We have been looking for a new home for our Oxford clinic that is well connected and accessible.

“We needed a location where we can welcome our clients to a state-of-the-art new clinic and continue to support people with their needs.

“The vision for Wootton Science Park, the outdoor space and future amenities is exciting for both our staff and clients.”

Joanne Churchill, development manager at Hartwell Plc, which owns Wootton Science Park, added: “We warmly welcome Stratum Dermatology Clinic and their team to Wootton Science Park.

“Stratum will be joining DeepTech and our other companies as we continue to build this community.”

Hartwell recently unveiled its £35 million masterplan vision for Wootton Science Park’s next phase of development, which includes five new carbon-efficient lab and workspace buildings as well as a bistro and a gym.

A planning application has been submitted to Vale of White Horse District Council.
