Rahul Jain brings over two decades of experience in corporate finance, including 17 years at SRF Limited, where he recently served as the Group CFO. At SRF, Jain led a financial transformation that included system streamlining, enhanced financial discipline, and technology-led efficiency. His leadership was instrumental in supporting the company’s organic and inorganic expansion, unlocking capital allocation opportunities, and driving shareholder value.
Before joining SRF, Jain spent a decade at Jubilant Organosys Limited, contributing to its financial growth initiatives. A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has built a strong reputation for financial excellence, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

In the same meeting, Suzlon also approved the appointment of Mr. Bharat Ramani, Chartered Accountant, as the new Internal Auditor, effective October 31, 2025, replacing Mr. Shyamal Budhdev who retires on October 30, 2025. Ramani has 24 years of post-qualification experience and has previously worked with Deloitte, PwC, AXA Insurance, and Credit Suisse.
