On the second day of the 18th edition of Hyundai India Couture Week 2025 which is taking place in New Delhi, actor Tara Sutaria wowed the audience as she turned showstopper for RoseRoom by Isha Jajodia.

Tara Sutaria stunned in an ensemble that celebrated femininity and strength. Her look comprised of a golden corset that was perfectly cinched to bring out her svelte frame. The corset was paired with a white voluminous lace and tulle skirt that grazed the ramp as she walked with confidence in her steps.

The collection titled ‘Whispers of Love to Myself’ is a poetic tribute to femininity, where quiet strength meets delicate craftsmanship. The showcase was an intimate dialogue between who a woman is today and who she is becoming. Rooted in romantic detail and timeless elegance, the collection featured sculpted corsets, structured capes, sweeping veils, and bustled skirts. Each silhouette is a study in contrast. Combining whisper-light layers of Chantilly lace and sheer tulle with bold metallic accents in 18K gold, luminous enamel, and mother-of-pearl, the interplay of textures lent each piece a storybook quality, yet making it strikingly modern in its form and styling.

A standout feature of the collection is its fearless use of lace. Signature looks include a lace tuxedo paired with a dramatic bustle and lehengas styled with bralettes and architectural capes—reinventing tradition through a romantic, contemporary lens.

Designer Isha Jajodia describes the Roseroom muse as a woman who wears her elegance with ease and her softness like armor. “These pieces are created for women stepping into their power with grace,” she says. “They are designed not just for the moment, but to be treasured for a lifetime, pieces that can be passed down as legacies of strength and style.”

Hyundai India Couture Week 2025 in association with Reliance Brands, an initiative of the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) kickstarted on July 23. The fashion celebration will come to an end on July 30.
