THDC India Limited Achieves Prestigious IS/ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Certification
Reflecting its unwavering dedication to the highest standards of integrity and ethical conduct, THDC India Limited has been conferred the esteemed Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) Certification under IS/ISO 37001:2016 by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for its Corporate Office, Rishikesh, and NCR Office, Kaushambi.
Extending warmest congratulations on this remarkable achievement, R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL underscored that the ABMS Certification marks a significant milestone for THDCIL, enhancing trust among stakeholders, bolstering the company’s International reputation, and ensuring greater transparency and competitiveness in today’s challenging business environment. Sh. CVO, Ms. Rashmita Jha (IRS) highlighted that the certification is a testament to THDCIL’s unwavering commitment to integrity, transparency, and sustainable development, reaffirming its resolve to uphold the highest standards of corporate ethics.
The certificate was presented to Ms. Rashmita Jha (IRS), Chief Vigilance Officer, THDCIL, by BIS officers at a special ceremony held at the NCR Office, Kaushambi, on 18th August 2025, in the presence of Executive Director, Neeraj Verma, Dy. CVO/GM (Vigilance) Satish Kumar Arya, and senior vigilance officials of THDCIL. Subsequently, the certification was ceremonially presented today to R. K. Vishnoi, Chairman and Managing Director, THDCIL, at the Corporate Office, Rishikesh, by Satish Kumar Arya, Dy. CVO/GM (Vigilance), in the august presence of S. S. Panwar, CGM (OMS), and senior officials from the Vigilance and OMS Departments.
The ABMS Certification (IS/ISO 37001:2016) is a globally recognized benchmark that enables organizations to prevent, detect and respond to bribery incidents, thereby reinforcing ethical governance.
