The BAFTAs red carpet has come and gone for another year, with the year’s best acting talent also bringing their fashion a-game to the London-based awards ceremony. We’ve already had the Golden Globes and a string of other film awards pointing to the most exciting movies and performances of 2025. However, the British Academy of Film and Television (aka, BAFTA) awarded some unexpected choices at this year’s ceremony.
For example, while Demi Moore (The Substance) has been sweeping the Best Actress category at other awards ceremonies this year, the BAFTAs gave their vote to newcomer Mikey Madison, for her performance in the offbeat rom-com, Anora. However, in the best actor category, Adrien Brody still seems to be most likely to bring home the Oscar for The Brutalist, beating Timothée Chalamet, Colman Domingo and Sebastian Stan in the BAFTAs’ Best Actor category.
Naturally, the aforementioned stars all walked the red carpet with style, donning their best designer suits and gowns for the occasion. Among the most striking looks of the evening were Saoirse Ronan in Louis Vuitton, Pamela Anderson in Jacquemus and Selena Gomez in Schiaparelli.
