This year will mark the third annual Qwack Wace, an annual event of rubber duck races that has helped raise money for the Ken Gibbs Memorial Fund for Youth Science Education. Please join us for the fun and entertaining event, which will be held on the lawn behind the library during the Library Fair, sponsored by the Friends of the Orcas Island Library.
