“I can remember being able to talk myself into or out of just about anything,” he wrote in the post. “Inertia seems to play the biggest role here for me. Inertia, the natural tendency of objects in motion to stay in motion and objects at rest to stay at rest. Just knowing this is one of the basic principles of physics has helped me justify my excuses. If I don’t start, I won’t start. If I’ve started, I can keep going.”

Fans immediately took to the comments section of his post to share their thoughts.

“Beast,” Shahs of Sunset star Nema Vand wrote.

One fan chimed in, “I definitely recognize you but I can’t put my finger on it what movie is that from please somebody help me. And you look amazing proud of you.”

“Hell yeah Tuna! ,” another wrote.

The My Name is Earl actor previously talked about his transformation in 2020 and said his wife, Brandy Lewis, inspired him to begin the journey after they had been dating for about a year.

“I became, for the first time in my life, kind of interested in the future and having experiences with her,” he said in an interview at the time. “Like spending a day at a museum, going on a trip, or hiking—things I just wasn’t able to do physically.”

Suplee explained that his highest weight was 536 lbs. and he had to be weighed on a “freight scale at a shopping center” because regular scales at doctor’s offices couldn’t handle that much weight.

In a 2021 interview with Men’s Health, he shared that he reached his goal of 250 lbs. He also told People in 2022, “I can’t say that losing weight has made me happier. I don’t think that’s true. I just think that achieving something I set out to do has brought me a kind of happiness that’s pretty great.”
