Tracking can keep an eye on yourself
The co-founder of Zerodha said that tracking activity is the best way to lose weight and stay fit. He said that keeping an eye on one’s own weight also reveals about the diet. Kamath told that he started keeping an eye on his own activity in 2020. He has now increased his daily target to 1000 calories.
The company has already taken such steps
This is not the first time that Kamath of Zerodha has announced such a health initiative for the employees of his company. Last year too, Kamath had announced a similar health challenge for the employees. Kamath had said that the company is launching a ’12-month health target’ program to encourage people to prioritize health amid the pandemic.
