Pune. There is no trust of traffic in India. There is no guarantee of when and where to get stuck. Now take Martin Schwenk, MD and CEO of Mercedes-Benz India. He got stuck in the traffic of Pune. He was traveling in his S-Class car. What was then, he had to board the auto immediately. Martin himself has shared this incident on social media.

Schwenk said in an Instagram post that he got so stuck in traffic that he had to get out of his car. After this he had to walk for few kilometers. After that he took the auto and went ahead.

Sharing his Instagram post, Martin wrote, ‘If your S-Class gets stuck in traffic on the luxurious roads of Pune – what do you do? Maybe get out of the car and start walking for a few kilometers and then catch a rickshaw’? He has shared a picture of auto ride. That’s why people are asking him about his experience of traveling on auto.

Schwenk is the CEO of Mercedes-Benz India since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Mercedes-Benz China.
