Tropolis Completes Acquisitions of 8 Agencies in 3 States
Tropolis Insurance Services said it has completed eight agency acquisitions across the United States.
Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
The tech-enabled brokerage providing property/casualty and employee benefits solutions out of Ann Arbor, Michigan said the acquisitions combine deep local expertise with the scale, technology, and resources of a growing national platform.
Each agency will operate under the Tropolis brand moving forward. Employees from all eight agencies will participate in the Company’s Employee Purpose Plan, an equity incentive program that ensures every team member benefits from Tropolis’ future growth and value creation.
The newly acquired agencies include:
Michigan
- Warrendale Insurance Agency (Livonia) – Led by Barb Kunina and her team, Warrendale provides multiline P&C services with particular expertise in specialized markets.
- U.P. Insurance Agency (Iron Mountain) – Todd Lysinger and his team provide commercial and health insurance solutions to businesses across the Upper Midwest.
- Entrust Insurance and Financial Services (St. Clair Shores) – Led by Dan LaLiberte, Entrust is known for its high-net-worth personal lines expertise and dedicated client service.
- Canopy Insurance Group (Birmingham) – Janell Evans-Olsey and Joseph Simon lead this regional specialist focused on national large commercial accounts.
Texas
- Infiniti Insurance Services (Spring) – Hazel Moreno leads an agency specializing in larger commercial accounts with a strong reputation across Texas.
- King Phillips Insurance (Houston) – Troy White and his team provide comprehensive insurance solutions to middle-market commercial clients.
Louisiana
- Beasley Keith Insurance (Bossier City) – Specializing in middle-market commercial accounts in the Houston region, the agency is led by Gail Rinchuso and her team of account managers and producers.
- Safe Harbor Insurance (Bossier City) – Ashlin Strother leads a group of high-net-worth personal lines account managers and producers serving clients across Louisiana.
