Min, Nesta Cooper, Griffin Newman, Julia Shiplett, D’Arcy Carden, Patti Harrison, and Luke Kirby. ‘Turn Me On’ is now available on digital platforms and on demand from Vertical.
In ‘Turn Me On,’ in a world where the inconvenience of human emotion has been eradicated by a government-imposed daily vitamin, one young couple skips their dose and discovers love, joy, intimacy and all the baggage that comes with it.
Michael Tyburski is a writer and director based in New York City. His debut feature film, The Sound of Silence, starring Peter Sarsgaard and Rashida Jones premiered in the U.S. Dramatic Competition at the 2019 Sundance Film Festival and was distributed theatrically by IFC Films and Sony Pictures Worldwide.

His short film, “Palimpsest,” won a Special Jury Award at Sundance in 2013, and Filmmaker Magazine named him amongst the “25 New Faces of Independent Film” the same year.
Turn Me On, a dystopian romance starring Bel Powley and Nick Robinson, is his second feature film and the 72nd San Sebastián Festival will be its World Premiere. Michael’s short documentary, “Brooklyn Farmer,” screened at the 62nd edition as part of the Culinary Zinema section, presented in conjunction with the Berlinale.
