Jhanak is back in the top 10 shows as per TRP ratings of week 27. After the leap, Riya Sharma, Arjit Taneja and Twinkle Arora are playing the lead roles in Jhanak. Unfortunately, the much-awaited TV show, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, will be replacing Jhanak at the 10:30 pm slot, and the latter has been shifted to 11 pm. In an exclusive interaction with Zoom/Telly Talk India, Twinkle Arora opened up about the same and said that it is a little risky for Jhanak.

Twinkle Arora talks about Kyunki replacing Jhanak at 10:30 pm

Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi reboot marks the comeback of Smriti Irani on television. The actress will be seen reprising the role of Tulsi Virani in the show. The shooting is currently going on, and the Ekta Kapoor show will be launched on July 29 at 10:30 pm.

When asked about Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi replacing Jhanak at the 10:30 pm slot, Twinkle Arora said, “This is a little pressurising situation, not just for Jhanak but I think for all the shows. But it is a little more pressurising for Jhanak because it is coming on our time slot. Our audience will retain at 11 pm, but it is a little risky, and I hope it works out in our favour.”

Twinkle is also being optimistic about her show, Jhanak, as she feels it might work well as the Kyunki audience may watch her show as well at 11 pm. She said, “There is a big probability that it could work in our favour because non-Jhanak watchers will watch Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi at 10:30 pm, and they can watch Jhanak at 11 pm. I just pray it works in our favour.”

It has to be noted that 11 pm is not considered as a prime time, but Twinkle Arora feels things have changed. She said, “But there was a time when 10:30 pm was not considered as a prime time. I would like to stay positive. Darr toh hai.”

Talking about Jhanak, the show started with Hiba Nawab and Krushal Ahuja in the lead roles. However, due to a generation leap, they quit the show. Now, Jhanak is struggling to get viewers, and the actual challenge for it will start on July 29. Stay tuned for more updates!
